Matt Rockefeller creates comics and illustrations inspired by the wonder of road tripping in the mountains, interpretive dancing with friends, and pondering the universe. His work has appeared in animation, book covers, and picture books such as Poesy the Monster Slayer, and the 5 Worlds graphic novel series. His first solo graphic novel, White Oak, will be published by First Second in 2022. He lives in the Pacific Northwest with his partner and a small dog that may or may not be a fox.
