Shelby Bach met most of her best friends in middle school, the same age as the characters she writes about, which guarantees that she’ll never live down all the goofy things she did back then. She’s okay with this, especially since she gets to recycle those embarrassing memories in her books.
She is the author of The Ever Afters series and the founder of the Journeypen Project, a collection of tools that helps others build their creative dreams.
She lives in Oregon, where she is working on her next novel.
